Bedding was pristine and beds were well made. Plenty of decent towels provided. Dish washer and washing machine (we didn't need to use the washing machine) were an added bonus. Flat was quiet, no noise from neighbours. Outside noise was no issue, especially when windows were shut. Nice space for a family to spend a few days together after long days sightseeing. Very convenient location both within Clapham and for getting to London.

Had not been hoovered or mopped before arrival. I had to hoover entire apartment as was quite messy. (I did let hosts know and they did apologise) The skirting boards were manky as well. Would be helpful to supply some basic cleaning products, I would have bleached the toilet for example before leaving had there been any available. Needs a chopping board and there were no oven trays which wasn't good when we arrived home with oven chips to cook. If you are travelling with small children be aware the stairs within the apartment are very steep and there is no guard rail at the top. See attached pictures. I was concerned even for myself, my partner and my slightly older kids. The apartment paintwork could all be doing with a freshen up, quite grubby and marked.

The only shortcoming was that amenities say that it has a drying cloth rack but that was not there, which we brought to attention of the team. Certain basic things like if dishwashing tablets and washing pods based upon 2-3 in numbers, if can be provided for by the property would be excellent as you cannot buy these items as in one or two pieces as it has to be brought as a single box of minimum 12 pcs or something and hence u end up buying a full box and then either leaving it behind or end up carrying it with you. Rest all stay was perfect.

Location. Lots of things to do, easy to get to the train station and restaurants. The apartment also had enough utensils and kitchen appliances for afew days stay.

There was a smell in the Kitchen every morning.. seemed to come from the sink or washing machine. and the condition of the furniture is not a s good as what is in the pictures
