Spacious and light - back area was lovely. Well equipped kitchen
Fairly cold albeit it was winter - living area good with heating on though and found room heaters.

It was is a great location and is a beautiful property
The plugs in both downstairs bathrooms were unusable and seem to be ceased . The outside table had a huge mark on it and it was rusty so I wasn’t going to use it

The location was excellent and it was in a nice quiet corner of Dunsborough. A short walk from the town centre.
Every bit of furniture was cheap. All the fixtures were cheap. The beds were not comfortable and relatively poor quality. It was disappointing at this price point.
