Location was amazing
Aircon wasn’t the greatest as it would no go below 25 degrees

Location is good, but that's all about this apartment. This is an average room in Rome. It's not a hotel, it's not an apartment. This is a room with a bed in it, open bathroom, separate tiny hallway. We actually thought we are booking something luxury. They advertised it as a deluxe suite with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed was nonexistent. The shower cabin is exposed. So only good for couples, not suitable for families. They false advertised to trick us to book $1600 usd for 8 nights, then refused to cancel or refund once we found out there is no extra sofa. Upon arriving, there is no one ready to check you in. You have to wait for some to arrive, imagine 4 luggages, August heat after dealing with the airport, we couldn't stand on our feet. Cleanliness okay, comforters were stained. There is no concierge available for what you pay. No breakfast. You receive text asking about housekeeping each morning which was really useless since we were severely jet lagged. Other places I looked at were much better rates around the area, with concierge and breakfast available.
