La posizione in una zona tranquilla e comoda a tutto
La comunicazione solo elettronica non è sempre facile da gestire

I did not opt for breakfast, so I cannot speak to that. The location of the hotel was very good; close to a lot of restaurants and bakery. Access to public transport was also very good.
Cleaning was very poor. We were told rooms would be cleaned after three days, but I stayed nine nights, and my room was never cleaned. My towels, however, were changed every three days, so maybe their idea of cleaning is changing the towels. My teacups or bedsheets were never changed either.

Great location to explore the city. There is a coffee machine in the entrance, and chilled water etc that can all be used for free. The apartment is spacious with a good clean bathroom. We had breakfast in a bakery nearby. It's only a short walk to the main square, about 5 minutes. Krakow does get very crowded at weekends but it's a lovely city to visit.

The hotel itself was decent.
The location was great, very convenient.
No reception was not a great idea — I had real difficulty getting into the hotel. Waited for 30-45 min outside in sun.
The service felt very limited, the free option hardly included anything.
