Very spacious grounds. Pool is large and there are 6 sunbeds in good condition. Outside table and chairs also in very good condition. 3 good sized bedrooms (2 with large double beds) and there’s air conditioning throughout the villa. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses etc Interior of the villa is spacious and was clean throughout. Patio doors lead out to the pool area from one of the double rooms, the twin bed room and there’s air conditioning throughout. TV has Netflix if you want to sign in with your account. Villa is on a small gated community and feels safe. Entry via keypad to the community worked fine (you have to get out of the car to do it). Entry to the Villa via key safe worked fine too. Good location for Playa Blanca and a Lidl not far away.

Very minimal essentials on arrival. No salt or pepper, foil (for BBQ), lighter (for BBQ). We landed at 7pm and by the time we got to the villa it was gone 9pm. We had to do a trolley dash to get essentials like water and milk. Only 1 small sharp knife for meal prep (like a fruit knife). The second double bedroom is a garage conversion. There is a window to the front of the property. Very cheap ‘wardrobe’ arrangement. The mattress on the bed in this room is very soft and not very comfortable. We had to keep filling the pool as the 3 water jets at the steps end sounded like a large water feature at night. The plaster is peaking off the walls around the edge of most of the lower walls of the villa. There are 2 settees that seat 2 people on each. If there were 6 people staying you’d have people on dining chairs. There is no outdoor patio style furniture with cushions. The BBQ area is on the side of the house on the gravel. A shame it’s not paved around it as the gravel sticks to your shoes so you walk it on to the patio tiles. The parasol was broken and didn’t fit the base. We requested a replacement and on day 5 received a brolly that was fine if you were 2 feet tall. Escapehome replied well to WhatsApp messages but failed to supply a parasol we could use.
