קודם כל אציין שאשת הקשר הייתה זמינה מיד לכל שאלה. דרכי ההגעה היו קצת לא ברורים בהתחלה אבל אחרי שיצרנו איתה קשר זה הסתדר. מתחת לבניין יש לפחות 3 מכולות שאפשר להשיג הכל מסעדה ואפילו בית קפה - מאוד נוח. בדירה אין תנור שזה קצת לא נוח אם מגיעים משפחה עם ילדים אבל הסתדרנו עם המיקרוגל. כמו כן קצת חסרים דברים בסיסים במטבח - כמו מסננת לפסטה. דבר נוסף חדר האשפה היה קצת טריקי לגלות איפה הוא נמצא - הוא נמצא מחוץ לבניין מעבר לשטח המשחקייה - צריך את הצ'יפ כדי לפתוח את הדלת... סך הכל היה ממש נחמד ונעים בדירה במיוחד החנייה התת קרקעית.

The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished, and cozy. Other positives include the free underground parking, strong Wi-Fi, large smart TV, and the Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. The city center is easily reachable by bus in ten minutes. We enjoyed our stay. However, for a "premium" apartment, there is room for improvement.

There are no bedside tables or bedside lamps. The pillows are very hard; having a choice of pillows would be nice. The sofa is very deep; even someone 1.85 meters tall can only lounge on it rather than sit properly. The ceiling lights are extremely bright. The air conditioning and refrigerator are sometimes noisy. The robot vacuum makes annoying beeping sounds while charging. There is no bottle opener or corkscrew. Shower gel and shampoo were missing, even though they appear in the photos. The bathroom sink drains poorly. The shower head is different from the one in the photo; it doesn't fit the holder, so it cannot be hung up. Furthermore, the switch mechanism between the handheld shower and the rain shower is broken, causing water to spray from both at the same time. The toilet brush is very dirty. The living room curtains have to be closed using a pull cord, which requires a lot of effort—especially the final stretch. The ceilings are unfinished, which looks odd for an apartment marketed as luxury. If these points were addressed, it would certainly be worthy of the name "premium loft". We passed our remarks on to the landlord afterwards upon request, but received no further response. For future guest it is also good to know that the parking garage is a maze. Despite the instructions provided in the pdf and video, it took us quite a while to find the elevator to the apartment from the garage.

Excellent apartment layout and great value for money.

Key collection and garage access were somewhat complicated, but everything was clearly explained. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. The only drawback was the lack of a balcony."
