Location, also in relatively quiet area
Nothing springs to mind

Quiet, basic. On the whole for what I wanted, ok.
I didn't venture into the shared kitchen area.
The shower needs attention. The drain needs cleaning as the water level rises in the base. The silicone and grouting needs redoing.

Nice comfortable place. The shared space was nice, good facilities. The room was spacious.
Instead of a big bed it was 2 mattresses pushed together. There was no TV remote (or I couldn’t find it). The walls were very thin, so you could hear conversations from outside and from the inside of the house.
