Good location, well equipped, and exceptionally comfortable beds.
Needs a couple of things added to make it perfect - An outside light would be good when coming home in the dark and an additional sofa if more than 2 quests.

4 bedrooms with queen beds very suitable for group of adult friends.
Quiet location, easy walk to shops and restaurants, harbour and beach and comfortable walk to north Head .
Only 1 bathroom with no separate toilet could be an issue for some, we managed ok as only 4 of us.

Good location.
Property was not that clean - dirt on the floor, on window sills, in the wardrobes. We spotted two cockroaches during our two night stay. It just felt a little grimy. I should have taken bedding with me because the blankets on the beds were not sufficient for warmth. Host needs to provide more than one hand towel and bath mat. It felt a little stingy with provisions and bedding materials. The mattress in the room near the kitchen was very uncomfortable and needs replacing.
