2 bedroom feature was the main plus for us with this property.
It was difficult for us to get into and out of the apartment using the method (WiFi) prescribed by the property manager. The problem with the method is that there was no wifi for us outside of the building and there were 2 sometimes 3 entry points to gain access to. The manager was very responsive and helpful but having to contact her repeatedly after multiple attempts to enter the property was tiresome and inconvenient.

Cleaning was not done every day. Towels were not changed every day.

Beautiful to look at and very clean. Nice and spacious for our family of 4. Decor is beautiful and apartment is generally well equipped.
Requires keyless entry through wifi. It doesn’t work more often than not and we were locked out multiple times even though we followed all instructions and had wifi access. Very inconvenient with kids having to sit outside for the app to lock in for half an hour.
Only had a sheet on the bed - no doona or blankets at all so we were freezing.
Staff didn’t respond to contact for over 24 hours each time we were locked out and were very unresponsive generally and didn’t provide extra bedding.
