The property is a real gem. Beautifully and tastefully furnished, comfortable seating and beds plus full amenities. Wonderful position away from the road in its own grounds. Fabulous views from the balcony area and nice to be able to sit out and look across lovely countryside. Only a few minutes from the beach by car. Truly wonderful accommodation. We did not meet our hosts but all communication was excellent.

Bedrooms a bit small with little hanging space. A second loo would be a nice addition.

Exactly as the pictures - beautifully furnished, and the views from the lounge and twin room are amazing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen really well equipped. As others have mentioned, it is actually the first floor apartment, so there is another apartment below, but we heard no noise at all, and even in the extremely hot weather we had a lovely breeze through the rooms. Claire was so welcoming and offered us full access to the (lovely!) grounds, as well as use of the walled garden and bbq. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay, with lovely local walks, and the beach at Budleigh is fab. To note, the large balcony is off the twin room, rather than the master, not that it mattered to us in the slightest. Would definitely recommend.
