This hotel is near to Gare du Nord station. Just less than 10 minutes to walk from the train station. Not a cheapest hotel but you may consider their rate is reasonable. Very clean room, toilet and the shower room. Their breakfast also good. I love their croissant very much.
Not suitable for OKU people because they don't have an elevator. The shower room quite small, so you have to lost your weight hahaha. But everything is fine.

Super Lage! Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Gare de l‘est bzw. Gare du nord entfernt.
Freundliches Personal und super bequemes Bett
Leider nicht klimatisiert. Ein Ventilator als Ausstattung im Zimmer.
Enges Treppenhaus, durch die man mit Koffern steigen muss.
Ziemlich laute Geräusche von der Straße (auch nachts oder früh am Morgen), wenn man das Fenster offen hat.

It was what it described, no lift and no air con and we were there at the start of a heatwave so made it unpleasant but we did know there was no air con. Only had one standing fan for a family room so had to leave window open for air which was noisy and had bugs come in and bite us . Did help us with luggage storage so we could explore on our final day. Simple breakfast included was helpful . Close to many transport options
No air con and in a location I wouldn’t book again but it was cheap for Paris
