It was very cozy
The pullout bed was not comfortable, needs more cushion
The layout of the kayaks was very hard getting in and out

I loved my stay. The house had everything we needed 🙌
Kayaks were all in good shape. House was very clean. Hostess was very communicative.

I loved the back porch and just seeing so much nature. We saw manatees and fish and turtles and so many birds
The beds are full sized. They are not very big so just be prepared for that.

Perfect location! We love staying on the canal that leads to the river. The dock was big and the kids loved jumping off of it.
The only issues were that the dock could use a use a few more areas to tie off the paddle boards or kayaks. There was only one tie off
