The apartment was near a supermarket and 10min to piazza Bra
They don’t allow early check in or luggage deposit and i arrived early in the morning with a 2 year old. I asked for a baby cot which they didn’t put till i asked again after our arrival. The apartment was cold and the ac didn’t work due to the balcony renovation. There was a lot of noise from the balcony and we were forced to keep the windows closed. The floor was not cleaned. Our socks turned from white to black. The washing machine was covered in mold
