The location, the village, nearby minimarket.
Our apartment was situated on the top floor. This meant we had to climb with our luggage 34 stairs (2nd floor) after climbing 24 steps from the parking lot to the building. We are an elderly couple and it was very difficult.
I will add, however, that the apartment on the ground floor was very nice.
