The unit itself is pretty basic. The clothes washer and dryer is actually in the hallway and shared with the 3 other units. We rented during the worst heatwave and air conditioning did not work very well. They tried to get it fixed but was not successful. They did provide fans for the rooms-some worked better than others. The communication with Checkmyguest was great and the concierge Edgar was super responsive and helpful! You are close to metro. Where the apartments are located is not the nicest area with some trash laying around for a couple of days. We arrived late at night and was hard to find as the door/area was not very well lit. Felt safe as there are three codes needed to get to your unit. It’s a great price for Paris apartment.

The apartment is beautifully designed and very comfortable, I loved waking up in the morning and enjoying a coffee while taking in the peaceful atmosphere of the Javel district,
