Vicki was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The house is in a great location, close to Gatlinburg and Dollywood yet far enough away that the view of the mountains is not interrupted with traffic or other homes. Very peaceful and the views were incredible! The Little Pigeon river right at the base of the hill was nice to visit and we appreciated the lack of congestion in the neighborhood and surrounding area. FYI the driveway is steep and narrow, so we had to coordinate with all the members of our family on who was driving up and down and when so we didn't cause a traffic jam on the driveway! The house was spacious, clean and provided plenty of areas for all of our extended family to spread out and stay entertained. The kitchen is very well stocked and we were able to prepare several large meals for the whole family. Having the fire pit area just down the hill was nice the few nights we had a fire there and just got to listen to the river and the sounds of nature. Even had a bear sighting from the deck one evening! There were a few minor issues during our stay with some items not working or needing repair, namely the main house hot tub jets not all working and the propane tanks not being full and running out on the second night. Vicki responded promptly and reimbursed us for the extra minor costs we incurred. Overall I would highly recommend this property and we made a lot of lasting memories with our family on this trip.

The time spent at Heavenly Heights will part of some of the most special memories we created. It's hard to describe how perfect the weekend was and how much everyone loved the cabin. The views are absolutely incredible and the pictures don't do it justice. We had a small intimate wedding reception here, and the space was absolutely perfect for it. The cabin is absolutely stunning and full of every amenity you can think of. The beds and couches are extremely comfy and the whole place makes you feel like home. The fireplaces, the multiple patios for conversation with views, the bags games, the game room, the endless board games provided, the movies, I could go on and on. Our family and friends had the best time. Vicki from the beginning was an amazing host. She is extremely thoughtful and you can tell they have thought of many many details for you. The information provided on guides around the area alone is wonderful information. Vicki even gave us a wedding day gift that was extremely thoughtful!! Many people choked up leaving the cabin, it become such a special place for us. We're already planning to come back, as this place holds some special memories. Definitely go make some here!

This was an incredible home. Great location! Family friendly and the perfect spot to get to everything we wanted to do. Vicki was awesome! We highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

The views were spectacular. House was exactly what we were hoping for. We had 10 people and it never felt crowded. Our host was super responsive with any questions we had. Definitely 10/10. Also, very pet friendly for our four legged son!
