Composta su 2 piani con comodissima ed agevole scala interna, l'abitazione e' di circa 95 m2, suddivisa fra la parte giorno al piano terra con una cucina completamente attrezzata e una sala-soggiorno e la parte notte al piano superiore, corredata di 2 camere da letto agibili tramite un corridoio adatto anche per ospitare due famiglie insieme.
Il piano superiore dispone anche di un antibagno e di un bagno con doccia.
L'angolo in sala offre anche la disponibilita' di un divano letto molto comodo a rete anodizzata per ulteriore persone.
L’abitazione e’ dotata di impianto a pannelli solari per riscaldamento interno e fuochi da cucina ad induzione,oltre che di una colonnina di ricarica a disposizione per auto od altro.
Il terreno esterno circostante che abbraccia tutto il casolare e' completamente esclusivo.
Panorama visivo sulle Valli del Montefeltro adiacente alla Gola del Furlo vicino all'antica consolare Flaminia che porta a Roma.
L'arrivo al Ca'Solare e' sulla strada subito dopo l'uscita della superstrada per Roma (La Fano-Grosseto), e' in salita con strada asfaltata a carreggiata unica di circa 1 km. - a 350 metri circa di altitudine.
Io e mia moglie siamo pronti ad accogliere ulteriori ospiti anche in questa fantastica vallata perche' forgiati da un' esperienza decennale nell'ospitare persone ed amici anche con un’altra attivita' turistica - B&B – nel centro storico di Pesaro.
Varie sono le opportunità che offrono le zone circostanti. Una fra tutte e' Urbino con il suo meraviglioso e storico Palazzo Ducale Rinascimentale.
Assolutamente da visitare anche i vari Borghi medioevali, fra i piu' belli d'Italia lungo tutta la vallata del Montefeltro -San Leo, Gradara, Gubbio - oltre che rilassarsi attorno alla nostra struttura o passeggiare lungo i percorsi tracciati a piedi o in mountain bike.
Il casolare naturalmente e' assolutamente in esclusiva per pernottamenti in completa riservatezza dedicati al relax, svago e divertimento per solitari, coppie e famiglie.

Independent farmhouse from the 19th century a few km from Urbino, completely renovated with exclusive land of about 1,000 m2.
Composed of 2 floors with a very comfortable and easy internal staircase, the house is about 95 m2, divided between the living area on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room and the sleeping area on the upper floor, equipped with 2 bedrooms accessible via a corridor also suitable for hosting two families together.
The upper floor also has an anteroom and a bathroom with shower.
The corner in the living room also offers the availability of a very comfortable sofa bed with anodized mesh for additional people.
The house is equipped with a solar panel system for internal heating and induction cookers, as well as a charging station available for cars or other.
The surrounding external land that embraces the entire farmhouse is completely exclusive.

The arrival at Ca'Solare is on the road immediately after the exit of the highway to Rome (La Fano-Grosseto), it is uphill with a single-lane asphalt road of about 1 km. - at about 350 meters above sea level.
My wife and I are ready to welcome further guests also in this fantastic valley because we are shaped by a decade-long experience in hosting people and friends also with another tourist activity - B&B - in the historic center of Pesaro.
There are various opportunities that the surrounding areas offer. One of all is Urbino with its wonderful and historic Renaissance Ducal Palace.
Absolutely worth visiting are also the various medieval villages, among the most beautiful in Italy along the entire Montefeltro valley - San Leo, Gradara, Gubbio - as well as relaxing around our structure or walking along the marked paths on foot or by mountain bike. The farmhouse is naturally absolutely exclusive for overnight stays in complete privacy dedicated to relaxation, leisure and fun for singles, couples and families.
