Great location. Clean. Comfortable.
So. Loud. Would be perfect if the windows were soundproofed, but it’s an historic building.
Also $70 cleaning fee is ridiculous.

Good location. Especially if you are without car. You can use bus to some of the city sights, like theatre, cinema, museum, OSU campus. North market is 5 mins walk, where a bunch of food places.
Nice apartment owner, helped me asap with some issues I had.
Just a notice - it is third floor for whom it can concern, for me it was fine.
