Sweeney's Hotel 2020 Limited

Amazing hotel, great location

Everything was excellent, from the staff to the food. Jack and Niamh went out of their way to make our stay exceptional in every way. We stayed in the Moira Brennan suite which was huge and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious as was dinner both nights. We also had lunch in the courtyard , also worth a visit, everything is freshly made daily.

Great location to explore the north west of Ireland. Great staff, great service. Classy hotel. Clean, bright, elegant and pristine.

Our first room was odd and had not hanging space. Avoid the Gay Byrne. Having said that we were moved to another room without quibble.

Clean tidy and good location

Staff inexperienced as asked for a second cup of coffee which I did not get had to ask for poached eggs not on breakfast plate think the server was very young and clearly did not take the breakfast order done right ,on second evening when arriving back to hotel we could not get in as I tried to phone and for some reason I couldn’t get through?? Which left us no other option than to bang the front door really hard supposedly 24 hour reception staff on eventually arriving to let us in after 25-35 minutes not good enough need a door bell or a key for front of hotel bad experience.
