Easy communication with the hosts. Key access using a link on our phones - great for all party members having access. The location is excellent - a short walk to the metro for easy access into the city centre and it's sights. Facilities and the beds were all great. Lovely to be in a traditional feeling (and grand) roman apartment. The area is quiet and it's a 10 minute walk to an indoor food market and supermarkets.
Phone access door system relied on having a phone, data, and/or access to the apartment Wi-Fi. There was a code backup to get into the apartment (not the building). This felt like it might have been an issue, but wasn't in the end.

It’s a perfect apartment for a big family . Nice, clean and specious . For this price it’s hard to find something as good as this . It’s 40minutes walk from Spanish Stairs
1. There is no air conditioning, I know that it didn’t say that there is one , but still it was unbearable to sleep when it’s 34 Celsius outside and the whole apartment becomes a greenhouse. There are some fans that should’ve help , but they make more noise than cool.
2. The location is right next to the Gas station and a hospital emergency entrance, so expect a lot of cars and noises during the nights.
