Very nice house offering all amenities. Spacious, lots of light, well equipped kitchen. Bed nice, everything brand-new - we were the second guests in this newly renovated house! It is a bit pricey, but you get something for your money. The owner Gino is very helpful, the house is nicely located just outside Bolsena. Mostly very quiet environment. Sometimes they have a party at the boys scout camping ground next to the house, but remember these are boy scouts and not the local Hells Angels chapter. Nice garden around the house, next are open fields and an olive orchard. Herbs for the kitchen fresh in front of the building. We enjoyed our stay greatly! If you have a small boat or an SUP, you can put it on the beach safely.

We did not mind a 3 minute drive over an unpaved road, but after a week, you might want to wash your car. Wild beach access is wild, but on the positive side: you are completely alone there.
