Die Lage war toll.

Die Fenster waren sehr alt, dadurch hat man den Lärm aus dem Innenhof und von der Straße sehr gehört und bei Regen hat es ins Wohnzimmer geregnet, weil sie auch nicht dicht waren. 1 Kapsel Kaffee ist etwas wenig.

Loved the location, so near to some of main sites and short walk to Metro to Vatican. Great for those arriving via Rome Termini. Apartment was clean and tidy, Bedding bathroom etc. Everything worked. Air conditioning was really nice. The apartment was spacious enough for family with teens. The neighbourhood felt safe. We stayed 3 nights and the apartment suited us well.

Don't expect a view of the sites from windows, this is a classic city centre apartment.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully clean, modern, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The air conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated during the current heatwave. The location in Monti could not have been better. There were so many wonderful restaurants, cafés and bars right on the doorstep, while the Colosseum was only a short walk away. We were also able to walk easily to many of Rome’s other famous attractions, including the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon. It was the perfect base for exploring the city without constantly needing taxis or public transport.

Nothing at all. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, comfortable and in an unbeatable location. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Rome and would definitely stay here again.

Bien placé confortable propre L hôte est très réactif ( réservation de taxi et diverses questions) sauf pour ce qui va être indiqué ci dessous Bien isolé par rapport aux voisins sauf l extérieur La climatisation fonctionne bien Si je n avais pas eu les soucis indiqués ci dessous j aurais mis sans doute une meilleur note

Mal isolé sur l extérieur car ruelle et rue plus loin bruyantes Pas d ascenseur mais je le savais grâce aux autres commentaires La porte de l immeuble est difficile à ouvrir Il faudrait plus de clefs J avais demandé que l on me prépare le lit dans le salon il n a jamais été fait et personne n est venu plus tard malgré mes demandes car mes fils auraient préférés ne pas dormir dans le même lit Salle de bain petite et un seul wc ( heureusement nous n étions que 4 ) Surtout vous ne voyez jamais l hôte ( donc vous devez faire le Check in par internet et envoyer vos passeports par internet) , cela arrive malheureusement de plus en plus . Par ailleurs il vous demande de payer la taxe de séjour en liquide, j avais donc laissé l argent soit une somme importante (pour 4 personnes et pour plusieurs jours) sur la table de la cuisine sans plus de sécurité, comme demandé par l hôte. J avais pris la peine de la prendre en photo ( mon côté juriste) et bien m’en a pris car deux jours après mon départ il m a accusé de n avoir pas laissé l argent je lui ai envoyé la photo pour prouver ma bonne fois et il a dit ok sans plus mais j ‘ai été très choquée. Dans un cas comme cela c’est ma parole contre la sienne mais bon c ‘est très désagréable .
