Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is very comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the entire staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff. I can honestly say that I have rarely felt so well cared for in a hotel. The level of attention, warmth, generosity, and genuine kindness has been extraordinary. I would especially like to thank Luhushan, Livin, and Shani. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcome, and looked after at every moment. Their kindness feels completely genuine, and they treated us with such warmth and care that we felt almost like family rather than hotel guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, excellent food, and, above all, truly exceptional hospitality. We will remember this stay with great affection. ❤️

Nothing. I have travelled to many places around the world, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality and personal attention anywhere else. This is, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received in all my years of travelling.

Such a lovely place with friendly staff. The place was clean, and had an excellent location. The availability of pool was a plus point. Breakfast and other meals were tasty and wonderful. they even had a restaurant where other meal options were made available upon request.

The standard room with island view didn't have a balcony. That made it a bit difficult for me to dry my clothes after my swim. However, staff made sure that I had a reasonable area to dry my clothes.
