We loved everything about the apartment. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. On the day of arrival it was raining and we did not want to take the stairs from the lower street leading from Zurich HB station so we came up the slope via Hotel Bristol. Hope this will help guests with heavy luggage. We will surely recommend this place to friends.

Excellent location. The apartment is beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail, and it was very clean. The owners were very responsive to messages and extremely open and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we had a wonderful experience.
One thing I missed was having a wardrobe or more storage space for our belongings. There were some hangers available, but we really needed drawers or shelves to store clothes and personal items, especially since we were a family of four. A wardrobe would have made the stay much more comfortable.
The rooms also lack a bit of privacy because the doors are sliding doors. The bed in the bedroom is quite low and has a wooden frame, so we bumped our legs on it several times. However, the bed itself was very comfortable for sleeping; the only inconvenience was getting in and out of it.
