La localisation, la tranquilité, et l'appartement bien équipé et assez spacieux pour notre famille de 4.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment — definitely one of the best options within our budget. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the bidet, which is quite rare in Europe, as well as the nice tea and coffee collection provided by the host.
We also loved the comfortable sofa and the balcony on the 7th floor with a beautiful city view.
The host was extremely kind and helpful. Even though we arrived late in Lille around 9:30 PM, the host was there on time to hand over the keys and explain everything, including parking access and the apartment facilities.
Highly recommended!
