très difficile d'accès, aucune indication ou publicité Atria by re doorrz, le personnel de sécurité nous a mal informé, la notion de se présenter tower 3 aurait été d'une grande utilité

I actually wasn’t there but my fiancé and her cousin were and they loved it. It was their first time to stay in a nice hotel so she sent me lots of photos and said the staff were friendly. I think she mentioned that there was no water the next morning so that could be an issue.
She loved the comfort and the pool most.

The location is good and security staff was nice. Room also is okay for me but didn't meet the expectations.
Check-in process is exhausting due to host was unable to contact with the given number. I still need to go through customer service and needed to contact the host through email which is time consuming before I was able to reach her. She was also not hospitable with the guest questions, even some queries was not answered.
