Le personnel est sans aucun doute le meilleur que nous ayons rencontré pendant notre voyage. Toute l’équipe est chaleureuse, attentionnée et toujours prête à aider. L’établissement est impeccablement propre, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que le personnel passe chaque soir pour effectuer un traitement anti-moustiques, ce qui témoigne d’un vrai souci du confort des clients.

Le principal point négatif concerne l’intimité. Des personnes à l’extérieur de l’établissement pouvaient avoir une vue directe sur notre piscine privée, et les occupants de la villa/chambre voisine avaient également une vue sur celle-ci. Cela réduit le sentiment de confidentialité que l’on attend d’un hébergement avec piscine privée.

This honestly must be the best villa we stepped on for the price! Clean, spacious, and has great amenities. Location is great if you don’t mind getting a Grab places (but this really isn’t a problem). Turndown service was a very thoughtful touch. Staff quick to reply on WhatsApp, and resolved anything quickly.

I think there is definitely space to put a chair outside without crowding it.

The best place I’ve stayed in Bali, this will be my new go to. Villa’s aren’t to big (I was alone), but have everything you need, and air condition was great. The rooftop terrace was a great touch. Staff are accessible through WhatsApp so anything you need could be organised. Location is between Seminyak and Canggu so great if you can explore both.

Important to note you will need to use Grab/Gojek to Seminyak and Canngu, there are some restaurants and cafes that are walkable but limited.

We stayed for 8 nights in Satu Villa and can highly recommend if you want to be away from the busy-ness of the main drags of Canguu and Seminyak. With plenty of space to spread out and all the advantages a villa brings, this suited our needs perfectly and was great value for money. There are some excellent eating options (eg Bonito, Tanau) within walking distance, once you’ve had enough of the crowds. Highlights: - Amazingly friendly staff, accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Booked us scooters, organised transfers and drivers, laundry etc - Great communication through the WhatsApp group - Exceptionally clean and well maintained (for Bali) - Pool size for the two bedrooms was more than adequate for four adults - Bed linen and pillows high quality - Open air lounge and living areas add a nice ambiance and we really enjoyed the outdoor vibe - Lovely products in the bathroom - Pool towels and bathroom towels frequently changed - Turndown service ensures mozzie free sleeping Thank you Kokomo staff, you made our trip truly memorable by your attention to detail and service excellence.

Could improve: - Need sharp knives in the kitchen. There was only cutlery to cut our fruit etc - Provide spare toilet paper, so you’re not caught short - Compared to local brunch spots, the breakfast menu did not have choices that suited us. All prepared off site and so this limits the options away from things that are cooked fresh to order. Not a problem, as 7am Bakers is in walking distance and they have epic breakkies.
