Troppi messaggi e comunicazioni con lo staff. Mi sono arrivate telefonate da numeri diversi per sapere se tutto andasse bene, ma mi hanno solo arrecato disturbo perché stavo lavorando.

Il.check in online potrebbe essere migliorato. Troppo lungo e non chiarissimo in alcuni punti ma lo staff ci ha aiutato molto a seguire le indicazioni.

Am Tage Bauarbeiten, die aber erst um 8 Uhr begannen. Nachts sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich in dem Appartement wohl gefühlt, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Ein Aldi in fußläufiger Entfernung.

es gab für Tee und Kaffee keine Tassen! Nur nach Kafferiechende billige Plastikbecher. Auf meine Nachfrage: soll ich diese selber kaufen, Porzellantassen gehören nicht zur Küchenausstattung. Kommunikation insgesamt schlecht. als kommuniziere man mit einer KI. Der Schlüsselkasten ist vor einem völlig anderen Gebäude, im strömenden Regen nicht erkennbar. Die Lage des Appartements selbst auf der Etage war nicht beschrieben, das Video hierzu in der Anlage verfehlte das Thema. Das Appartement war zwei Tage am Tage unverschlossen, da nur elektronische Tür Verriegelung und der Hinweis, Tür zuvor von außen fest anziehen, fehlte gänzlich. Der angegebene Safe fehlte, kein Geschirrhandtuch, kein Wischlappen. Haken fehlen im Bad und als Garderobe. Gastgeber legt mehr Wert auf eine positive Bewertung als auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Man fühlt sich unter Druck gesetzt - Gastgeber reagierte gar nicht oder verzögert auf Probleme. Ich war nicht mit dem Auto da: aber der Parkplatz war überfüllt.

My honest suggestion is not to book this apartment if you are visiting Milan during the summer. There is only one air conditioner in the whole apartment, and it does not cool the apartment properly. There are no fans either, so it becomes very uncomfortable in hot weather. Another major problem was the power supply. During our 4-night stay, we had two power failures. One time, we were using the air conditioner, induction stove, and washing machine together, and the power went off. We had to go to the basement ourselves to reset the power, which was very inconvenient. The communication with the host was also poor. Whenever we called to ask for help or information, it felt like they thought we were complaining. We expected a more helpful and friendly response. After a long and tiring journey, the check-in process was not easy. Although we received instructions, collecting the keys from another location and entering the apartment was confusing and inconvenient. I booked this apartment because it offered free parking, and that was the only positive point. Apart from the free parking, I did not find anything special about this apartment. If you are planning to visit Milan during the summer, I strongly suggest choosing another apartment with a better air-conditioning system, a more reliable power supply, and better customer service.
