Very clean, close to town. Well supplied with basic cooking food stuffs.
Decor needs touching up in places. Maybe add a bit of info on pubs/take aways, although plenty to choose from nearby.
We weren’t sure about parking in the visitor spot as sign said needed a token.

The location is good. The layout of the property very good. It was very comfortable.
The bath and sink plug holes were not as clean as they could be for clearing the water away. The house was hot , with windows not opening very far . Although there seemed to be heating/cooling operating systems there were no instructions for operating them. One stand alone fan was provided. A bathroom mat and some more small towels would have been good.

Great property ,spotlessly clean and modern with everything required for our stay - central enough location to walk into the centre of Cambridge
Nothing I didn't like.

2 good sized bedrooms plus a roomy kitchen, dining, lounge and an outside area which was basic but sun + shade. Carpark was good right outside the front door. 2 fans!!! Amazing in this heatwave as was the ability to open doors to private outside area
Some more attentive cleaning is needed. Couches in lounge were uncomfortable. Calling it “luxury” was a bit optimistic although it was comfortable. Having nicer bed linen and pillows would have been closer to “luxury “ expectation
