It is a short 10 min walk to the waterfront. Nice decor, great to be in Monaco & close bus ride to all attractions.
The heat pump is not sufficient to cool down the whole apartment. Portable fans in each room is needed.
Also the stairs to the location is challenging.

The location of the property was exceptionally convenient to Monaco and the Monaco train station. The apartment was spacious and quiet and very secure. The management company was always available and ready help
The shower was a bit small

Immeuble calme.

the apartment is clean and in quiet area. near shops (carrefour, bakery) and walking distance to Monaco and Monte-Carlo station. You can find the public elevator nearby and use it easily to travel to Monaco.
the stairs to the apartment to the apartment on the first day with my lugggage. but I did manage to find another way without using the stairs after the first day, haha.
