Good location, just 5 minutes to the metro station.
The room was clean.
The staff were helpful and pleasant.
Washing mashine in the room - very handy.
The bed linen wasn't changed even once in a week.
Disposable towels (I've never seen this before in hotels or apartments).
Despite the presence of a kitchen in the room, there were no knives or other utensils.

The room is clean and tidied up every day. The customer service is excellent… always helpful when needed and prioritizes guests. There are many amenities around the accommodation, and it’s about 400 meters from the subway station.
