Lovely clean little apartment perfect for our needs. Lovely and clean and brilliantly equipped. Communication was excellent
Latch didn’t work. Nor did buzzer. Only one set of keys. Meant I had to walk down the stairs to let my daughter and her friend in

Good location to explore coast path-and modern facilities
On top floor with no lift so would have been challenging for some but fine for us.

Really easy to get access to the keys and the parking was really simple. The place has it's own space but as we rocked up early we just used a visitor bay. The apartment was spotless just like the pictures and the location is brilliant. We love the beach and being able to just walk to Fistral with our bodyboards was ace. We even found the shower in the car park we used to wash the sand off before we went in too.
We also didn't realise how close we were to Crantock beach and we could walk to that at low tide, or catch the little Ferry across at high tide from the Fern Pit cafe at the top of the road.
We didn't like it when it was time to go, seriously it was all good.

Perfect location comfortable and great facilities lacking nothing. Modern and very spacious rooms. Enjoyed the use of the balcony.
Cleanliness was an issue. Very dusty on all surfaces and visible under TV unit on floor. Towel rails in both bathrooms were thick of dust. Hairs and toe nail clippings on floor in on suite near shower door.
