Very nice and clean

No outside lighting, it looked like an abandoned property when we pulled in.

Convenient location, very clean, well maintained, rooms were comfy

Did online check in to make things easier but it wasn’t easier lol

Location was good... Did not eat breakfast

A couple bottles of water in room and a couple cups to drink out of besides coffee cups.

The hotel is new and overall it’s in good condition.

When we arrived with our two small pets we were told by one of the staff members that because we were staying for one full week we would be charged $200 dollars as a pet fee for the entire time we were there. When we did our check out the price was another one not the one we had agreed on. We always travel with crates so the dogs are not running around the room. We explained to the person who was at the checkout time and didn’t want to listen to what we had to say. We spent around $1300 dollars at that hotel. They have a coffee bar and at one point I requested for a refill of my coffee and was told that I had to pay for it. Very poor decision and really bad customer service. We will NEVER going to go back to this hotel because the owner/management has very poor communication skills with customers. Additionally my wife experienced an uncomfortable situation with an individual who was smoking weed in the parking lot which turned out to be the same individual I saw totally passed out in the parking lot the next morning with vomit showing signs that he was somewhat overdosed on what ever he was taking. I would say that the security has to be improved. My wife didn’t feel safe going out on her own in the parking lot.
