The location is overall great, being right in the centre of St Andrews and yet in a fairly quiet lane. There are lots of food options available, from Little Italy literally across the lane and a cafe next door to the wider choices around St Andrews.
The shutters on the windows facing Logies Lane could do with some more coverage. The shop next to Little Italy has a very bright TV advertising their services through the night and the constant flashes for scene changes made sleep problematic for some of our party. Maybe consider black out blinds for those bedrooms.

Location was perfect. Very close to the golf courses.
The upstairs en-suite was out of order which was an inconvenience as there was 8 of us staying and only 2 booths.
