- great location
- comfortable beds
- easy check-in
- spartan feel of the apartment
- automated emails were useful but felt quite transactional / anonymous

The accommodations are excellent. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, clean and suitably sized bathrooms, and having a laundry room helped us a lot! The location is also great, very close to Shin-Osaka station, with convenience stores and restaurants very nearby.
The explanation about the disposal of garbage was not very clear in the instruction manual. I hope I understood the requests.
