We had issues opening the door to the place.
Also my bank blocked my credit card when I was paying for the deposit. This caused so many problems. I had my card unblocked and it still was blocked when I tried to pay again. I used my friends credit card and hers was blocked. She called her bank and was told the merchant would not accept the cards. She had hers rectified. Not sure why this happened but it caused a lot of stress.
