Vriendelijke en correcte informatie, het verblijf zelf heel comfortabel en zeer proper! Alles wat er moet zijn was voorradig. Als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen ideaal. Afgesloten parking is een groot pluspunt. Kortom, ik kan dit ten zeerste aanraden!

Een mooi en schoon appartement op een perfecte locatie, met als groot pluspunt een eigen parkeerplaats. De Avenue de Champagne met de bekende champagnehuizen ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen.
Onze gastvrouw Agathe Clouet was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De communicatie verliep super en we voelden ons meteen welkom.
Kortom: een fijne plek om Épernay te ontdekken. Zeker een aanrader! 🍾✨

We were very happy with the host’s communication throughout, which was friendly, helpful, and prompt. The apartment had a number of practical features that made our stay easier, including the private parking, WiFi, washing machine, hoover, blackout shutters, and towels provided on request. The host also provided fans in the rooms which were great during the hot weather. We also appreciated the coffee, washing-up liquid, and dishwasher tablets that were available, as well as the supermarket being nearby and within walking distance. There’s a farmer markets near too.
The host provide an online service brochure for the property with useful information.
There were a few drawbacks to note. The wardrobe area was limited because a shelf prevented dresses from being hung, and a broom would have been useful in addition to the hoover. The toilet being in a separate room with no sink for handwashing was inconvenient, and the shower being in a separate bathroom from the toilet was also a little awkward. There was no freezer or ice box, and the entrance was quite narrow, so drivers needed to be very cautious not to scratch their car. It would also have been nice to have had a complimentary bottle of water on arrival, or even one of the chargeable bottles of Champagne left in the fridge as a small welcome touch.
