Location wonderful.
I wasn't able to check my emails while travelling to Port Macquarie therefore did not know the code to the letter box. I had to ring a few times to get the code.

The location straight across from beach. Great view from balcony

The sea view was per the photos and was not spoilt by the traffic using the road. The bed was very comfortable, the decor was good and the apartment was well equipped.
Prior to our stay we were not advised of building work being undertaken on our balcony and also other apartments alongside as well as those above and below. The task involved workmen using a cherry picker at various times therefore preventing us making full use of the balcony or lounge area. On contacting the agency we were told they and the owner of the flat were not advised of the work. I believe regulations in NSW state the occupants of apartments must be advised weeks before work is started. At the same time we were also advised that water would be shut off by 9.0 am on day of departure. I'm not sure the agency or owner are managing the apartment in the best interests of guests.
