Good location and having an en-suite was a plus.

The service form the host was sub par. Had to contact multiple times up until hours before our reservation to try and get the check in instructions. At one point 11am the day of check in the host responded outline that owing to maintenance issues the reversion was going to be cancelled. This was backtracked after booking.com contacted the host directly. We were given a top floor room without a fan during a heatwave which made the stay particularly uncomfortable but a positive was having an en-suite to be able to have a cool shower in. The location just 5 minutes from the airport is great and the property is modern just a shame about the mismanagement!

Clean , modern value for money. The room itself was lovely. Just a shame the other guests were very loud.

The guest that were upstairs were noisy. They got there at 11pm and were noisy , talking on speaker phone in the kitchen which was loud. Then they ordered food at 2am and the delivery guy was banging loudly, first on the front door , then he was shouting hello as they took a while to answer.

Everything was perfect, loved my stay, parking availabe. Easy to check in Host was responsible and helpful. Property was clean and comfortable

Location and parking, warm and room was clean (Just windows need mould cleaning off but it is hidden by the blinds) Good communication with the owner

Front door handle broken when we arrived. Could get in but not out. Had to use the back door. No bowls in the kitchen or room for eating food. Need a tea towel to dry up plates etc.
