The people are friendly. They don't do breakfast it's just a small motel in a small town that will be fine for some people & not others.
But the staff is great.

Outstanding professional staff, clean room with air conditioning and clean property.
Family- friendly environment at affordable pricing. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

I am giving this 4 stars for what it is- a budget friendly motel for one night in transit. No, it does not have amenities you expect at a chain hotel, but it is half the price. It has the things I consider requirements- clean room, hot water, insect-free, and safe feel. We like to stay at family-owned motels when we travel and recognize that it is a tough business. In general, I think these owners are making the right trade-offs. With that said, the paper door numbers are going too far. Legible vinyl numbers are an inexpensive and necessary upgrade.

For an inexpensive motel, this is among the best!
