L'appartamento è nel centro storico e nei pressi di importanti punti di interesse culturale, universitario e turistico. A pochi passi si trovano Piazza San Marco, Il Giardino dei Semplici (uno dei più antichi orti botanici del mondo) e la Galleria dell'Accademia, famosa per ospitare il David di Michelangelo. A meno di dieci minuti a piedi sarete in Piazza del Duomo.
Questo grande appartamento al 5piano con ascensore, in un palazzo antico del centro storico. L’appartamento ha un bellissimo terrazzo dotato di arredi esterni, dal quale si può ammirare persino la cupola del Duomo.
Posizione strategica per visitare Firenze è ben attrezzato anche per trascorrere soggiorni più lunghi e poter così conoscere approfonditamente Firenze.

Questo ampio appartamento si compone di una cucina attrezzata con piano cottura, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina del caffè americana, bollitore e tostapane, frigo.
Piccola sala da pranzo con tavolo e sedie, dalla quale si accede al grande terrazzo con vista del Duomo. Il terrazzo è attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e lettini prendi sole.
L'ampio soggiorno è arredato con divani e poltrone con accesso al terrazzo.
Dal corridoio si accede alle camere, la prima è una matrimoniale mentre la seconda è una camera padronale composta da bagno con vasca e veranda coperta, ideale come angolo relax.
Un bagno con doccia nella zona giorno.
L'appartamento è dotato di Internet WIFI e aria condizionata.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It was easy to arrange to meet the key holder when we arrived. The apartment was elegantly furnished and had very comfortable beds. Initially we thought each BR would have its own bath but it worked out fine. We used one bathroom for toilet and getting ready and the bathroom with the shower for just that. It was really really hot during our June day and we appreciated the air conditioning. When it seemed that one or more of the air conditioning units wasn’t working properly the keyholder came promptly to help us figure out what was wrong and made everything right. She also rescued us with more toilet paper, which was greatly appreciated. It was also quite lovely that she arranged a taxi for us to the airport on our departure morning. This apartment is in a quiet part of town across the street from the university botanical Garden, which is not to be missed. Since it was so hot when we were there, we enjoyed a chance to slowly stroll under the high tree canopy in the shade.We would really like to recommend the nearby Pizzeria Miro – we ended up eating there three times. The staff is super friendly and the food was excellent. Things that could be improved – I am a face cloth girl but there were only hand towels and bath towels. Also, besides the recycling bins in the kitchen, there was only one tiny wastebasket. Thank you for a great stay!!!

The apartment was beautiful with gorgeous views of the Botanical Gardens. All the amenities were present. It was located in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood, but also very close proximity to the center of Florence.

The location and terrace are fabulous. The week spent there was really great however a few minor improvements and this would get five stars. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen, no salt and pepper or sugar and the coffee pods were insufficient and then impossible to find with no other coffee pot. A little more generous on toilet paper and napkins would also be appreciated.
