The house was absolutely beautiful it was way beyond my expectations my family all fit comfortably the wrap around decks were amazing we enjoyed the view while feeling the wind blow through our hair when we sat on the top deck seagulls flew above our heads and the kids loved it! it was minutes away from the beach and it was very convenient to have a golf cart everything was an amazing experience we loved it thank you !!!!!

great

This home was so amazingly comfortable! Plenty of space to visit and enjoy each other and the view of the gulf beach from the common areas on the third floor where the kitchen and living areas are as well as the wonderful wrap around balcony. At the same time there is plenty of space for privacy for all with most rooms having a walk out to the back yard or balconies. The kitchen was definitely well appointed with decent knives, pots, glasses, wine glasses, and wonderful beachie dinnerware. There is a blender that works fine and a kuerig as well as a regular coffee maker. The dining table is huge and beautiful! Beds are very comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. The elevator was a must for us having 2 grandmothers in their 80’s. It was super convenient for groceries too, just know that you have to specifically ask for it to be available. We had ??’s about folding chairs for the beach and, since we’ve stayed, I can tell you there’s plenty of chairs along with other beach toys. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart! It came in so handy to run to the store or onto the beach.FYI, the ice maker works just fine but it was a bit noisy on initial start up. It quieted down after a few cycles. Probably just froze from not being used. Also, to me very important, the management company is incredibly responsive and fast as all get out to answer your questions and take care of your needs! You won’t be a bit dissatisfied or disappointed staying here! Do it!! Port A!!

Property is a good place to hang out with the family. Be ready for the stairs though.
