Questo appartamento sulla spiaggia è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da fondali dove fare incredibili immersioni, da zone in cui dedicarsi al surf e al bodyboarding e da molte altre località interessanti. Raggiungere Spiaggia di Barra de Navidad è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Laguna del Tule ti aspetta a 14 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.

Non appena lascerai tutti i bagagli in questo appartamento da 75 metri di superficie, potrai dedicarti alla tintarella sulla spiaggia, rilassarti a pochi passi da una piscina all'aperto o iniziare a pensare alle varie gite sul balcone. Questa sistemazione ti offre anche un'area barbecue.Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Excellent location to Ocean and the town of Barra and all of its immenities. Bars, restaurants, the Market and the Malecon. Roof top pool was great, could use more patio furniture and a communal BarBQ.

Location, location, location! We stayed at this property for the expressed interest of touring around Barra and visiting with my wife's parents who winter in Melaque.The property is located just a few short steps from the bus stop and taxi stand, both with regular and quick service to Melaque and back.The shops, food venues, and markets of Barra are all around you. The rooftop pool gives you a 365 degree view all around you as this is one of the tallest buildings in the area.Apartment is clean, and we felt very safe in this area.Only downside was the hot water. The building uses an On Demand system (on the roof), and water use during peak periods may leave you with cooler water the lower down in the building you are if others above you are using hot water at the same time. Easily worked around by using the water at different times, and understandable for the area.Host communication was excellent throughout the stay!

The host responded very quickly. The apartment is exactly as shown. The pool area was very small, but served as well for cool downs after days out.

The apartment is only about 50 meters from the beach, so the sound of the waves coming in is very peaceful. The apartment is very poorly equipped. Only one pot and one pan to cook meals with. No cupboards, no dresser. Bed is very comfortable. Deck is very hot during the day, so not really useable. Pool on the roof was nice, as one could sit in it and watch the whales in the bay. Recommended, in spite of the inadequacies.
