The apartment is comfortable, neat and worth the fee.
The facility manager, Mr Edwin and on the ground staff, Mr Samuel are very responsive.
It will be an added advantage if small waste bin can be provided in all the rooms. This helps your guest keeps their space tidy.
I was forced to improvise a plastic bag in my room as a waste bin. The only available bin is in the kitchen.

The location was secure and central.
Bathroom wasn't clean.
