Nuba Nile Hotel

Very welcoming and happy to assist

Room was very hot on entry and then a power cut meant all electricity including lights and AC went off during the night

Amazing, friendly and approachable staff. They organised for our excursions and transfers to Luxor. Very pleased with everything!

Hotel located close to the train station (2-minute walk). Pleasant lobby and roof terrace with a nice round view of the city and to the Nile and the end of the Nubian Island. Good breakfast and breakfast bag when going on the trip early in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good service for cleaning and additional toilet paper or emptying the bin; dial 0 for reception and immediate response. Welcome water, coke and cookies. I must say we had been happy to find this hotel after we left the first booked place, which was a security issue, and a nearby hotel was not acceptable as well.

Apartment looks nice, however, 3 small things to make a 10 rating, the fridge is only partially opening and blocked by the bed. The mattresses are ripped and only seen when the bed sheet is loose. Also, at least the double bed, 2 mattresses were put together with a board between them. There is room to improve despite the mattress being comfortable to sleep on. If the fridge were on and the welcome beverage were cold, it would have been seventh heaven

La colazione era buona e la vista dalla terrazza era molto bella. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato gli snack e l'acqua nelle stanze.

L'hotel è datato, con camere essenziali. La pulizia non era il massimo.
