Location close to the beach, train station as well for NOVA Academy, NCIA Academy and PingoDoce grocery stores.
Kitchen fully prepared, A/C in the main bedroom, it's a plus if you need extra fresh air during the heat waves.
All good, maybe A\C its needed in the living room to have more confort during the summer heat waves.

Spacious, clean and all the facilities I required.

David met us at the door to show us the apartment and give us the keys. He was very helpful, and we appreciated the treats for breakfast the next morning.
The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Transit to Lisbon is a 15 min. walk, or there is a bus outside the door that goes to the station.
The beach is a 10 min. walk, and very nice.
Nothing.
