Modern, spacious, well-equipped and’s convenient.
Information about the steep driveway concerned us but it was easy to manage. It’s best to drive up at an angle from the right to left, not directly up the left side.

- Easy access via the keypad code with helpful instructions given
- Good facilities. Bathroom & kitchen were modern. Washing machine provided (no dryer though, just drying rack). Complimentary Netflix on the TV
- Clean and tidy
- It’s located in the outer suburbs of town. Which was fine for me because I had a car and was there to do stuff outside of town. But some tourists might find the location a bit far from the city centre

Very clean, very quiet location and very comfortable. Within easy drive of Hamilton Gardens.
Shortage of good restaurants in the immediate area. As others have commented the driveway is steep, but the owners provided good advice on how best to manage this.
