Guido got in touch a few days before our trip to let us know that he would meet us at the property. He was friendly and responsive and organising the meet was easy and stress free. We gave him our flight details and communicated once we landed and we didn't have to wait at all. When we arrived, Guido was there to let us in and give us a tour of the apartment. He was lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment itself was in a great location near to the Colosseum, close to the Colosseum metro and walking distance to many other attractions. It was clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning, good showers and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice comfortable apartment. Close to the Colloseum and easy walking distance to Manzoni metro.
Host Guido was there to meet us and pointed out some nice local restaurants that were very good.
Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for our group of three.
