Unterhalb wohnen Leute, was nicht weiter stört,

This place is an absolute gem! The location, views, access to the sea and proximity to tavernas and restaurants make this the perfect vacation spot if you're looking for a cozy, relaxed home base for the beach or for visiting Mani, Messinia, Laconia and other Peloponnese destinations. It had everything we needed: stocked kitchen, AC in every room, great little washing machine and plenty of space! I highly recommend this charming villa!
If you're looking for luxury amenities, this isn't your place. It's got quirks like any home. The beds are very firm, which is not uncommon, but some may not be comfortable.

A wonderful place we hope to return to one day. The view is just exceptional, and the access to a small private beach makes this place truly unique.
The owners and property managers are kind and responsive.
Make sure you enjoy the breathtaking sunset :)
