This is the cleanest place that I have stayed after travelling many places in India for quite some time.
The owner and staff are very polite, pleasant and helpful.
The kitchen is not part of the property that you rent. It is just across the hallway and a young man is in there to do the cooking.
Being from England, and electric kettle in the room is an essential. After some persuasion they kindly procured one of these for me.
Anything else that I asked they were happy to help with.
The neighbourhood around is quiet at night and the bed is comfortable.
I was having a nice peaceful sleep but at 6 am a loud machine started outside the window and continued for several hours.
I don’t know if this happens every morning. You would have to check.
In the listing it states there is a kitchen/kitchenette for guest use.. but there is not.
So strictly speaking this is a room, not an apartment. With Booking.com always best to check things.

Spacious room and cleanliness of everything.
Bathroom of one room is so tiny that is almost not usable. Property owner should definitely consider expanding the size of this room's bathroom

It was clean and orderly, the host was super friendly, it was very affordable and has a quiet location
The bed was really hard. There was no reception and no room for breakfast/dinner etc. It's more like an Indian-style airbnb than a hotel.
